End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and ZKZSOFT for the use of our compiled software packages, key license codes, and automated cluster node clients.
1. Definitions
Under this Agreement:
- "Software" refers to the binary products, tools, and scripts distributed under the ZKZSOFT catalog.
- "License Key" refers to the unique verification string issued to unlock and validate Software installations.
- "Node" refers to any individual machine unit, container, or server core where the Software is executed.
2. Scope of License Grant
Subject to regular subscription renewals, ZKZSOFT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and execute the Software on the specific number of Nodes associated with your active subscription tiers.
3. Limitations & Restrictions
You shall not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or merge the Software files with other packages.
- Attempt to decode, intercept, or spoof license validation API calls.
- Use a single License Key on more machine nodes than permitted by your catalog tier.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software is licensed, not sold. ZKZSOFT retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, source code, and trade secret rights. No ownership transfers under this Agreement.
5. Term & Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any terms, or if your monthly subscription fails to renew. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software files.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
