1. Acceptance of Terms

ZKZSOFT provides services subject to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all provisions, you must immediately terminate use of our websites, systems, and software license files.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to subscription payments, ZKZSOFT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the software endpoints on your designated machine nodes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from compiled packages.
• Bypass licensing server calls or copy licenses across unauthorized environments.
• Sublicense or distribute the software to third parties.

3. Payment & Billing

Subscription pricing, monthly rates, and license renewal counts are specified at the time of catalog checkout. Active subscriptions automatically charge the linked payment method. All tax burdens remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your dashboard login credentials confidential. Any activity executed under your credentials will be considered authorized by your organization. You agree to notify us immediately of any compromise.

5. Service Provisioning & Product Servers

ZKZSOFT utilizes independent product servers to deliver robust and secure licensing architecture. Following successful billing, license provisioning may occur asynchronously. Delays in synchronization due to external server unreachability do not constitute a breach of service. Our team guarantees manual fulfillment if automated sync attempts fail.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZKZSOFT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, system downtime, data loss, or endpoint compromises arising from our software utilities.
