Orders History
Billing History
All purchases generate receipt records that are logged in your account database. You can review historic receipts, prices, quantities, and order times in the Orders panel in your dashboard.
Order Status Meanings
Orders transit through three key states:
- Pending: The payment is being processed or authorized by credit networks.
- Completed: The transaction processed successfully, and licenses are active.
- Cancelled: The order was voided, and associated licenses were deactivated.
